Prophecy – Mark Bredenkamp, 01 June 2009

I am sensing in my heart for the first time in 20 years, the heavens are beginning to go open over South Africa.  I am beginning for the first time to get positive about this nation. For the first time I am beginning to sense that God is about to breath upon our nation because the power of religion is being broken.  However,   shackles and the chains upon religion are broken and the people rise up in the liberty and the freedom, take responsibility and begin to minister as the Holy Spirit leads, guides and dictates, directs.

“And so it shall be in this hour, although there shall be shakings, although there shall be rumblings, although there shall be crumblings, although there shall be a satanic contradiction, even the city of Pretoria the shaking that shall come.  For a death shall come to this nation”, but the Spirit of the Lord says “Do not be afraid, for it shall be on the front pages of your newspapers”, but the Spirit of the Lord says, “Do not be afraid, do not be dismayed, do not be discouraged in that hour.  Although there will be wars and even rumours of wars, and even in South Africa, they will suggest that there shall be bloodshed yet again”.  The Spirit of the Lord says “Don’t listen to them, phooey to that, because I shall arise for I have found My righteous ones, I have found those who would intercede, I have found those who would pray, I have found those who would prophecy, I have found those who would praise me” and God says “I am going to breathe upon this nation.  Yes, even in the city of Pretoria.  I am going to turn everything around.”

“Watch the second half of the year.   For there shall be an about turn, there shall be a u-turn.  Even in the economy.  Don’t despair, for the citizens of the Kingdoms have arisen.  Not the kingdoms of this world, but the Kingdom of God.   And these citizens have arisen and they shall go and they shall advance the kingdom of God.  And they shall take it with force.  They shall seize and they shall occupy and My banner shall be erected.  And my wounded warriors shall rise up and it shall be the very garments that I shall use, as the fuel for the fire against the enemy. Why can it not be?  For those of you who have lost much – command the blessings. Command the blessings that are associated with your covenant and watch me now” says God “For this is My turn now.  It’s My turn”. says God.  “And I will do what I want to do.  And who is he who says ‘no’ to Me?  You cannot say ‘no’ to Me.  I will do what I want to do because I am sovereign”.

“Therefore listen Pretoria, there is the sound, the sound like the mighty rushing wind, and these regions, even into the West Rand, I have gone and I have visited.  I have been from congregation to congregation.  I have stood in your midst and I have I watch and I have looked to see.  And even though some did not understand the hour, nor the time of their visitation, I have been visiting churches in the land”.   And now says God, “See, I will release the sound, yes the sound like the sound of the mighty rushing wind, and once again my fire shall come upon My people and there shall be a passion, and there shall be a zeal, and they will rise up, unafraid, and they shall be the sound of the roar of the lion of the tribe of Juda that shall arise in this nation”.

“And even in Africa they shall look at South Africa and say ‘What happened, we thought nothing good can come of South Africa’, well they said the same about My Son.  They said ‘Nothing good can come out of Nazareth’, but they did not understand that I have the power to make things right when there is wrong.   So I am going to change many things in this land, even the laws of this land I will change, for I have begun to move by My Spirit, there have been too many prayers that the smoke of the incense of the prayers of the loved ones and the believers and the beloved of the Lord have come up before Me”.  Therefore God says “Watch this thing now.  I will reciprocate and I will respond.  Your prayers and your giving have come up before me as a memorial and I am ready to do a new thing on the planet.  Yes, a new thing even in your city.  Yes a new thing, a new thing in this land.  Get ready, for the old shall begin to die off, and when you see the death of prominent leaders of the nations of this world, take note as a sign, it is a sign My child, yes it is a sign – that I am about to do something brand new on this planet and I have marked you to receive the power of My Holy Spirit in this hour.  Therefore rejoice, and again I say rejoice!”

• Nuwe beginne / seisoen.
• Oes: siele, finansies, woord.
• Intimiteit met God.
• Waar God se teenwoordigheid meer ervaar sal word en ook meer mense gaan in Sy
teenwoordigheid wandel.
• Waarin die vyand strategies te werk sal gaan om drome te kelder en verwarring te
bring, maar God sal ook strategieë bekend maak om die vyand mee tee te staan.
• Besonderse bediening vir die kerk, leiers en die individu.

Restoration and Unity

For the People:
The Lord says: “I have destroyed and laid low; I will now rebuild. Though destruction was sudden, the restoration will be slow. I will lay a new foundation, I will not rebuild on the old one!

My hand of judgment is stayed. This will be a year where my mercy and my grace are made known. Not a move of power, but of love. I will reveal myself to all who desire me; my Spirit to those who are suffering. This will not be a year of great visions and big plans. As you wait on me, I will reveal your path step by step. I will teach you once again to walk in my will, – and not your own understanding. You will know that I am with you, and never again will you leave my side to seek your own ways.

For Lewende Woord:
Prepare yourselves! Prepare yourselves! Get ready for the ministry God has called you to. The time of preparation is short. The move of God is coming. This will be a year of growth. The seeds have been planted – we must prepare for the harvest yet to come.

For South Africa:
God is saying that He will not move if we do not love our neighbours. We are praying for his move and we seek to flow in it. Yet, we refuse to forgive and we harbour bitterness and hurt. God’s move has been halted in 2009 because we didn’t see the people around us. The people of God have no unity. Church competes with church. Even within churches strife is not laid down. God is calling us to unity. He requires this before He will move in this country. No one is exempted. It is not only for leaders but for every child of God. We must go back to the basics. We must learn to love one another. We must humble ourselves and repent of our lack of passion for each other. As we do this God’s move will begin.

The move God wants to bring in 2010 begins with the healing of broken marriages. The attacks on marriages this year would not have happened if we had understood God’s desire for us to reach out to others. He will begin to restore communities. Appreciation and honour will be given to people of the past who have been forgotten. A new spirit of co-operation will accompany leaders who will work together to bring about change unselfishly. He will bring justice to those who have been complacent in their contempt of righteousness. Those whose crimes have caused Heaven to weep will fall. Those who seek to hurt the move of God to bring people together by their violence will be swept away. We will see the nation begin to rise up in unity as never before. God had wanted his people to lead this. We are not in position. He will do this using people outside of the Church. Yet, we must recognize the move of God and flow in it. When we do, He will give influence to us. Let it begin with love.

Praise, Jubilee, New Beginnings, The Weaponry of Scripture

A Year of Praise:
I see a vision of Jesus dancing a dance of sovereignty. His eyes shine forth the colours of the rainbow. I see the nations in His eyes. I see the faces of individuals in His eyes; these are the faces of those that are unsaved. His eyes shine with glory. I believe that 2010 will be a year of praise where the joy of the Lord will be the strength of His children; where the mourning will be turned into dancing; a dance of joy, a dance of gladness. (Jer. 31) I believe that God’s joy will bring much healing into the hearts of people. I see many families that were broken but will be restored in 2010. Parent and children relationship will heal once more.

A Year of Jubilee:
This is a year of Jubilee, a year of liberty; a year of freedom where those that are captive will be set free. I believe that 2010 will be a year where God says to get free of debt. It will be a year of rest. Those that have lost land or property due to economic conditions will be redeemed. It will be a year of redemption (Rom. 8:18-23). The year of Jubilee will be found in Christ who died and was resurrected to redeem His people. Many hidden treasures will break open in this year. These treasures will not be for individual gain but for the body of Christ. I see an angel standing over us with a large vessel filled with anointing oil. I see the angel receiving a command to break the vessel so that the oil can flow out. This will be a season to shelter oneself in the presence of God, to wait expectantly for the vessel of anointing oil to break over the people. This will be a season of intimacy. It is now time to raise the level of anointing. I see water levels rising.

A Year of a New Beginning:
I believe in 2010 we will enter a new time period, a new season. This will be a new period for the nation. This will be a year of fruitfulness for the nation of South Africa. God will make His children spiritually alive again. The things that have died spiritually - God will resurrect again. I see the grace of God in this season of new things. Many changes and new strategies will be needed to facilitate the new season of God that is at hand.

The Weaponry of Scripture:
The enemy is trying to come with walls of strategy. I see the enemy trying to put walls up to stop the flow. I see the enemy coming with walls in the understanding of man, the reasoning of man to stop the purposes of God. The enemy is coming with a strategy of mixed emotions and double mindedness. The weaponry the children of God will use to overcome will be the Word of God. I see many winds that are coming South Africa’s way, from the north, south, east and west – winds of false doctrine that are not birthed out of the Spirit of God. These will be winds that will try to overpower and confuse. Once again God will call His children to the Word of God. I see a powerful army of God that will rise up with the sword of the Spirit and the Word of God in their hands that will come against false doctrines. These doctrines will try to confuse and suffocate but God is raising an army of believers.

‘n Oesjaar

Ek ervaar dat die Here met my praat en sê dat 2010 ‘n oesjaar sal wees; oestyd in drie areas soos hieronder uiteengesit. In die kerk en ook in gelowiges se lewens word reeds saaityd en oestyd beleef (Gen. 8:22), maar nou breek ‘n nuwe seisoen aan waarin meer bywende en herhalende oeste gesien sal word. Soos ‘n boer se oeste wat uit boorde en wingerde (meerjarige plante) gelewer word eerder as net lande (eenjarige plante). Wanneer ‘n boer eenjarige plante plant verwag hy, indien alles reg verloop, reën, temperature, afwesigheid van plae en ander verlieste – dat hy in dieselfde jaar reeds ‘n oes sal hê. Wanneer ‘n boer meerjarige plante (bome, wingerde, ens.) plant verwag hy nie dat hy reeds in dieselfde jaar ‘n oes sal ontvang nie, maar eerder oor ‘n verloop van jare. So ‘n aanplanting deur ‘n boer is dan ook ‘n kapitaalbelegging en wanneer sulke plante dan begin lewer is die oes herhalend,
die risiko is kleiner en die aanplanting is meer gehard teen droogte, plae, temperature, ens.

Ek ervaar dat ons reeds vir ‘n lang tyd goed en reg bou aan so ‘n tipe ‘kapitaal’ aanplanting en dit goed versorg, maar dat die oestyd uiteindelik aanbreek!

1. Oestyd i.t.v. Siele:
Belofte: Ek sien aan die eenkant ‘n siele-oes; hoe mense van uiteenlopende agtergronde en omstandighede deur die kerk by die Here sal uitkom. Ek sien veral jongmense en mense wat van die Here weggedwaal het, by die Here uitkom en ware wedergeboorte beleef.

Opdrag: Maar aan die ander kant hoe gelowiges juis nou nie langer moet huiwer om uit te reik met die Evangelie na ongerede familielede, vriende en kollega nie. Hierdie gaan die jaar wees waarin baie mense waarvoor daar al lank gebid word vir hulle redding werklik tot bekering gaan kom! (Matt. 9:37-38; Joh. 4:35-38)

2. Oestyd i.t.v. Finansies:
Ek sien die lande se ekonomie nie sonder stampe en stote geleidelik weer op dreef sal kom. Maar in teenstelling met die ekonomie se stadige herstel glo ek die Here gaan vir gelowiges wat oor ‘n lang tyd al getrou gee en oop harte het vir die werk van die Here ‘n skielike finansiële deurbraak bring. Die wat nie werk het nie of wat ‘n beter werk soek kry skielik die regte geleentheid. Vir die sakeman; daardie kontrak wat hy nog altyd voor gehoop het. Vir die getroue gewer; vermeerdering. (Luk. 16:10; 2 Kor. 9:6-8)

3. Oestyd i.t.v. die Woord van God:
Vir die gelowige wat onder die geklank van die Woord sit sien ek werklike persoonlike groei en ‘n oorwinnende leweswandel. Ek sien hoe die Woord in lewens genesing, herstel, oorwinning, deurbraak en groei bring ook sien ek hoe verhoudinge herstel. Vir sommige  30-, ander 60- en ander 100-voudig namate van elkeen se geloof en gehoorsaamheid. (Verwysing: ‘Namakwaland visie/profesie’) (Rom. 12:6-7; 2 Kor. 10:15-17); (Mark. 4: Gelykenis van die Saaier)

Joshua 3, 4, 5:2-10: ‘n Jaar van Uitdagings

God roep Suid Afrika as die middel punt om die onmoontlike te bewerkstellig. Daar is ‘n dringendheid om God se mag te ervaar en ‘n manifestasie daarvan te beleef. God wil Suid- Afrika simbolies gebruik om Sy teenwoordigheid sigbaar te maak in hierdie jaar en in die toekomstige jare. Daar is baie mense op die wal besig met die dinge van God maar daar is baie min wat aktief in die wil van God beweeg om die teenwoordigheid en wonder van God sigbaar te maak. God gaan Suid-Afrikaanse leiers kies om God se teenwoordigheid sigbaar te maak aan die wêreld. (Hierdie het al ‘n algemene ding geword om te hoor, maar die erns is rondom: nie MY dinge nie, maar MY wil! – Colette Cronjé)

God gaan die kerk en leiers tot verantwoording roep. Hulle gaan uitgedaag word om met hulleself te deel met dinge waarmee hulle nog nie afgehandel het nie en ook nog nie aanvaar het nie. God wil hê ons moet ophou Godsdiens speel en in Sy ware teenwoordigheid inbeweeg. God stel ‘n erns vry in die harte wat op Hom vertrou en Hom volg. Hy soek die wat bereid is om sy volle te gee. Die tyd van speel en voorgee is verby. In Josua 5 moes die volk ‘n besnydenis deurgaan, in Gilgal wat beteken “weggevat of afgehaal”. Om deur die besnydenisse proses te gaan en deur die rivier te gaan is ‘n afsluiting van die ou maar die begin van die nuwe. Daar wag nuwe dinge vir SA. God wil hê ons moet aanbeweeg as een, in een eenheid. Ons as die Suid Afrikaanse volk sal dit wat was moet neer lê om in die nuwe land in te gaan. En God wil dit vir ons moontlik maak. Hierdie jaar gaan ‘n jaar van uitdagings wees vir elke leier om die volk voor te berei om deur die rivier op droë grond te gaan. Die mense op die wal gaan die keuse hê om deur die rivier te gaan en God te vertou dat hulle veilig aan die anderkant sal uit gaan of hulle gaan agterbly in die woestyn en God se wonderwerke en teenwoordigheid mis.

Maar God se belofte is daar vir die wat deurgaan. Daar wag die “onmoontlike wonderwerke” wat almal bewus sal maak vir SA en God roep elke leier om in posisie te kom. Sy span deur die rivier te lei (verantwoordelikheid). Sy klip op te tel sodat die getuie vir ewig sienbaar sal wees. Deur hierdie gebeure gaan SA hoë aansien geniet in die wêreld.

Separated for Intimacy

I heard the sound of many voices rising from the earth, many people asking God to intervene, to give them relief, to come in their situation as the answer to their problems. I saw Jesus looking down at these peoples with great love, compassion and yearning saying "...I cannot come now, I am waiting for My bride to be prepared for Me.'' I thought of Esther leaving all she knew to be separated and prepared for a year for her betrothal to the King. I heard the question from Heaven "Who is willing to separate themselves from all that which holds them back from giving themselves fully to becoming like Jesus through absolute intimacy with Me?" I was surprised at how few responded, as I saw them being chosen to leave their 'normal way of life and thinking' like Abraham did when he went into the unknown wilderness where God Himself would meet with him and suddenly understood "...many are called but few are chosen... " (Matt. 22:14), knowing that Father God in His Grace and Mercy would choose every single one who was willing to volunteer. As they were led away I saw streams of people moving from all directions and coming together into a great throng as they
followed the call, and as they walked I saw more and more joy and light breaking out from inside each one as the heaviness of their ‘old life’ waned and the excitement of drawing nearer to their destination grew within them. So many are praying for 'revival' (the harvest) yet scripture says " (Matt. 9:36-38) ...pray to the Lord of the harvest to send labourers into His harvest..."

This is the time of the labourers being called, being given Jesus’ heart of compassion and then being given the authority of the Lord ofthe harvest to go into His harvest to do all that is required to set people free from their confusion and helplessness, bringing them into relationship with the King of the kingdom. This confirms that the calling is not to take people who answer the call away physically but to change their mindsets, way of thinking and focus from “the things that are on the earth to the things above” (Col. 3:1-4).

As the clamour of the chaos on earth increases and peoples search for relief, there is a place of peace and rest, the secret place of the Most High which is a very real place of help in time of need (Heb. 4:9-16) and yet entry into this place remains a veiled secret since not many are prepared to leave that which they want to get what they need. This move into the Presence will grow dramatically in this year as more and more people press into the kingdom and experience the joy and the miracles that go naturally with the 'job description' of walking in sonship. "...and the spirit and the bride say come and to all those who want to....COME…quickly!" (Rev. 22:17)

God se Lig en ‘n Nuwe Tydvak

Deur die duisternis van 2009 gaan Sy lig skyn en skielik gaan mense die antwoorde op
probleme sien wat hulle in 2009 nie kon sien nie (Gen. 1:2-3). As jy die lig soek en toelaat dat die Heilige Gees deur jou sweef, en vir die Here sê dat die lig moet deurbreek, gaan dit deurbreek in die volgende areas van jou lewe: persoonlike verhouding met die Here, aardse verhoudings tussen man en vrou en ouer en kind, antwoorde op finansies. Ek sien besighede omdraai, ek sien dat daar mense is wat omtrent alles verloor het en die Here sê: “Laat daar lig wees!”. Ek sien dat die Here siektes wil genees, mense wat vir ‘n lang tydperk siek was. Ek sien dat die Here geestelike oë oopmaak. Ek sien dat die lig deurbreek in mense se persoonlike bediening. Daar was ‘n tydperk van voorbereiding en die tyd is nou om op te
staan en op die water loop.

Vir die kerk sien ek ‘n nuwe tydvak wat aangebreek het, ek sien die oue is verby, die tyd het gekom vir nuwe dinge, ek sien vir die tyd wat nou voorlê, nuwe strategie. It’s a time of change says the Lord; it’s a time of breaking of traditions. The Lord says that it’s the time of listening again, it’s a time of a new release of my Spirit, it’s a time of great healing that will take place, it’s a time of seeing and living in the supernatural, you will see angels says the Lord, you will see My glory. I see that the nation will call out to Him and He will answer. Ek sien dat in 2010 baie dinge tot stand gaan kom. Die ‘0’ in tien (2010) het nie ‘n einde nie. In 2009 is dinge beëindig maar in 2010 gaan alles tot ‘n punt kom wat lank los gehang het.

Nuwe Beginne & Nuwe Uitdagings

Ek het ervaar dat dit n jaar gaan wees van “Nuwe Beginne”. Daar gaan baie nuwe dinge in mense se lewens kom. Nuwe dinge om aan te pak. Ek ervaar dit veral in die gebied van bediening en mense se verhoudings met God. Die ou manier van dinge doen is verby en daar kom baie nuwe uitdagings in die nuwe jaar. Die wat bereid gaan wees om die bul by die horings te pak (gehoorsaamheid) gaan in n nuwe dimensie van God se Heerlikheid in beweeg. In die gebied van besigheid ervaar ek ook dat mense wat hulle eie besighede moet begin en dit nog nie gedoen het nie, dit in 2010 moet doen en dat die geleenthede daar vir hulle gaan wees. ‘n Ding wat ek ook baie sterk ervaar is dat daar gebid moet word vir die 2010 sokker Wêreldbeker. Die vyand wil keer wat besig is om te gebeur deur dat die Gau-trein dalk nie gaan klaar wees nie en mense se houding teenoor die sokker. Ons moet bid dat alles glad sal verloop en vir mense se beskerming teen misdaad en geweld want Suid Afrika gaan op die voorpunt wees van wat God in die wêreld wil doen in hierdie tyd. Ek glo die wêreld gaan geïmpakteer word deur Suid Afrika en die sokker is maar net die begin van dit alles. Dit gaan ook deel wees van nuwe bedienings geleenthede vir Suid Afrika.

Strategic Season

I feel that it is a very strategic time in the spirit, a time where many dreams will be shaken and opposition will be encountered from the enemy. The enemy will try to steal and discourage the dreams that are from God in many peoples lives. Many will feel discouraged in this time and even that they have reached the end of the road in terms of their dreams. But it is a very strategic time where God will rewrite the route to the same end destination for many. It is a season of waiting in expectation for the answers from the Lord. Ten (10) is the number of fulfilment and of a full circle. 2010 will be the year of completion in many areas of our lives but also a time where the path to the dream will be shaken and changed by God.

God is a God of diversity and in this season we will see His creative ability to approach situations from a fresh angle. This will require of us to let go of certain old ways, ways that have worked up to now, ways given by God in the past, to enter into the destiny He has for us but with a new strategy from Him. I see where many are fighting against a system that suffocates the life out of the dream and because of this many have taken up burdens that have become too heavy to carry in pursuit of the dream God has for us. The pressures that have been added by this are not from the Lord but from the world. By the leading of the Holy Spirit we will be led into new, gentle but shrewd ways, to accomplish His plan in our lives regardless of the system. It will be a time of reevaluating and letting go of that which is not necessary to reach the end goal, a time to delegate, give away responsibilities that are not ours and get back to the main focus of what God has called us to be.

I see a rolling out of destiny in 2010, almost a red carpet that will be rolled out before the children of God into the destiny that He has prepared for each. It is a time of completion of certain things, a completion of a cycle and pattern of doing things as we enter into a new season and level in our lives towards the destiny He has for us and the fulfilment thereof. I see a wonderful integration that will start to take place in 2010, where we will see the gifts of the Spirit flowing from the church environment into our work environment. I see a supernatural release of wisdom taking place in 2010. This will be in, and for, every situation and season that we face. The children of God will be blessed with insight and understanding into current challenges, but they will also receive insight to be able to read the strategy for the future. This will enable the body to steer the course of things, like Joseph, into the direction that God has in mind for the decade to come. This will bring about a release of blessing in society via the wisdom of God.

With the change of strategy I see that 2010 will be a year of, and the platform for great expansion. With the new strategy that God will bring about the impact and effectiveness of each individual will be enlarged. God will enlarge our capacity through this season of planning to be able to bear much more fruit in the future than is the case now. The pruning of ideas will bring about the larger impact that we have been trusting for.

The Season is Turning

In May 2009 I saw a vision of a huge golden coin reaching high into the heaven lies. It was standing up vertically and was placed inside another circle that was also gold. It was placed on an axis inside of the circle. There was a massive angel standing next to it and turned it clockwise. I heard the Lord saying the season is turning. I felt in my spirit the financial situation over the world turning to the positive from September 2009 and also a massive turn in the Spirit. The Lord did not reveal anything else about that to me. At the end of October 2009 I saw a lady that was in labour, crouching typically like the Jewish women did. I asked the Lord what the lady is giving birth to and the Lord said twins and triplets. I feel that there is a major birthing taking place: a spiritual birthing and a physical birthing. I feel especially in the business sector there is going to be a release on certain business men that was faithful towards God and His kingdom. The Lord is going to multiply their businesses, their recourses. New ideas and revelation that was never used ever before to do business is being released. And it will all be for the kingdom of God-not for selfish gain. A total change in the way God’s children is coming into worship before Him. Also feel a new level of authority being released over Gods children.

On 29 Dec. 2009 I saw a portal opening in the heaven lies over South Africa. I see a release of God’s golden mercy rain falling over South Africa. (In March 2007 I also saw the Golden rain falling on the city of Pretoria). There is coming a massive shift in the spirit for the people of South Africa. I see an army of God’s angles standing ready to protect. I see many, many people coming to the Lord in 2010. I see a massive harvest on prayers that has been prayed by God’s people. I see parents praying for children especially divorced people with children addicted to drugs and other substances. I see a release of the gifts of healing, miracles and wonders. I see a golden chain between these people – a Godly connection between them. I see God releasing a new generation from inside South Africa to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ into world.
