Apostolic Prophetic Conference – Additional Information

1. It is essential to wear your access card for all sessions during the day. If you forget to bring along or lose your access card, you need to acquire a new access card from the registration tables.

2. Registration for personal prophecy will take place at 14:00 each afternoon in the foyer of the Training Centre. (R20 payable beforehand for a CD of the recording.)

3. All evening sessions and Sunday services are free of charge. Invite someone along!

4. Please keep your mobile phones switched off during the sessions.

5. We kindly request parents with babies to make use of the Mother’s Room and consider other delegates during the sessions.

6. We kindly request that parents with children under 6 years make use of the facilities adjacent to the Mother’s Room and supervise their children at all times.

7. No food or drink is allowed in the Auditorium or any other hall.

8. The Cafeteria will be open before and after each session and will also have satellite stations available outside and in the courtyard between the Teen’s Hall and the Bookshop.

9. The Bookshop will be open before and after each session.

10. All sessions (except for certain workshops) will be available on CD (R20) in the Bookshop. All the main sessions held in the Auditorium will also be available on DVD (R30).

11. Living Word’s ministry and training material will also be available in the Bookshop.

12. Toilets are available in the Chapel and Main Building (on the ground and first floor) and in the Training Centre (on the second floor).

13. Please take note of the one way that runs anti-clockwise around the Chapel and Main Building.

14. For security reasons please try to park inside the property.
